Lagging behind the race, Jalgaon has started ushering in this perspective of its history and has witnessed healthy last 5 years in overall growth front with reference to urbanisation, real estate (housing development), earnings perspective. Starting in mid-2007 this need ushered further and opened up new dawn of opportunities for builders/ construction companies to assist fulfil this demand. Evaluating Jalgaon’s past, one can proudly say that Jalgaonities have been visionary enough on the real estate front. The AX factor in axe effect is so cheering to feel that for most of 4-wheelers running on roads these days largely includes AX series car users as real beneficiary of the revolution. As of today, the revolution in 4-wheeler segment is vibrant that now most of brands holds significant amount of waiting period for buying.

Inflation – the ailment of economic growth and liberalisation:
India is on verge of an economic revolution through its liberal economic policies adopted a decade ago. This liberalisation has bought up ‘Inflation’ as a nasty blow during this phase of revolution and this term is turning to be a vital element of learning for every Indian in all perspectives. The Economics Theory has broadly defined two terms Inflation and Deflation as tied elements in future economics of every entrepreneur and country thereof. Inflation is defined as substantial increase in quantity of money units chasing a fixed and stagnant supply of products. Inflation is a result derived from bidding up existing prices to a higher level. Deflation in economics is a psychological concept wherein demand for goods, services and products is restricted and causes lack of effective demand.
India is a diversified country and its success in revolution remains largely in hands of medium level educated traders to small scale industries to government officials officiating policies. The diversified traditional heritage and relational bonding along with joint families remain few of its key strengths. The inflation term when executed and evaluated in this reference needs a decent understanding of economic growth and balanced perspective of living standards.
If we broadly evaluate today’s prices inflation, availability of natural resources and attach them with government policies as key role players, it reveals strong need of revival in terms of broader understanding of economics, the growth terms and above all alignment with cost perspective. On other hand, the study equally exposes that a layer of policy makers and economic terms well studied entrepreneurs are making a magnetic effect on inflation aspects. The need of hour is to cultivate real learning of economics to grass roots of economy participants like retailers, traders, small scale manufacturers, decision making semi-government or private organisation officials and aspirant entrepreneurs to achieve the best results and discouraging push effect being felt widely.
