Surat – India’s infrastructural growth hub:
Development and growth evolves visionary approach and ability to involve in team work. Gujarat’s growth hub Surat is one of classical examples of how scalable growth can be achieved even by best vision and catalysing infrastructural growth as basic need to uplift society and get in real gear of accelerated and prosperous living.
Surat had witnessed and faced plague outbreak a decade ago and this followed flooding and water logging in whole city. In spite of continued natural calamities and odds it has proven itself in top ranks of India’s fastest growing cities with its infrastructural growth as key catalyst. Four lane roads, cemented long life roads construction, ample 24x7 electricity, water supplies divided in soft and hard water and its ample availability, large number of flyovers to ease city traffic are just a few aspects in growth fold. Society’s basic infrastructural needs and its impact on growth of overall city are one of best understood implementations.
Rising cities needs more houses for better living and government getting better understanding that it cannot drive and control everything has equally shown nice results here. Local government policies framed here have key consideration of simplicity, ease of work and trader friendly approaches are remarkable achievements to mention. City’s this attire has marked phenomenal growth in every aspect of trade, industrial growth and urban development sectors.
Maharashtra and especially our Jalgaon zone needs nice chapters of how developments are cultured and to what best extent it could benefit a city and its citizens. Our governmental implementations have more of difficulties causing citizen’s to stay away rather getting more attached. If we could implement just 1% of this growth, our woes would fade and a new chapter of glory would arise.

Labour woes paralyses industrial growth:
District having excellent geographical advantage these days is striving harder to stay tuned. Industrial sector productivity is falling down rapidly following labour woes. District’s major industrial area has local workers dependence. Earlier UP and Bihar based labour has preferred to move out to neighbouring Gujarat and other States in large number following region based politics in State. Most of large scales to small-scale industries are reporting extensive shortage of labour and workers to operate machinery. As a result of these mid-tier industries have shut their shifts in night/ alternate ones and are lower on yield. Shocking state to know is there is ample labour to work in the region but the efforts and hardworking abilities are going down rapidly. Industrial wages earlier at Rs. 50-60 per day have grown up to Rs. 150-200 per day and as a result of these every worker has ample earnings and surplus to use.
Addiction to alcoholics and alike bad habits detracts these labours and as a result most are being noticed with increasing number of leaves with offices getting note of illness or socialising. State is so drastic that most industries now have special team to pick their labour from home by educating need. Families of these labours can be seen with more of clashes or minor issues turning troublesome. There seems intense need of educating labour with opportunities ahead and prospects of growth if zeal is applied. More of same situation is visible on home fronts with house workers applying same levels of woes in work.

Shirsoli – the growth catalyst of Jalgaon city:
True essence of human life can be witnessed only in villages. Jalgaon is blissed to have been surrounded by villages on all sides. Jalgaon city has Shirsoli, Nashirabad, Mamurabad and Paldhi village in adjoining. All these villages have witnessed galore of changes in life in Jalgaon and are prominent supporters and catalysers by all perspectives. Shirsoli, the nearest of all these villages and locations has amazing natural bliss and has now turned to Jalgaon’s most favoured destination for expansion following detraction on highway accident factors.
Shirsoli village largely has milk supplies and agriculture as two main employment resources. Most of families own buffalo and cow in good numbers and still largely prefer this line to be most rewarding. Life here dawns at early morning 5AM and has amazing natural cold breeze flow to enhance and encourage everyone to work. Breeding, feeding and keeping animals fit and fine are key activities involved in beginning of the day. One can easily smell amazing sweetness of life through tiring efforts and understanding on living beings. The day proceeds ahead with home delivery of milk to rest of city. Agriculture and farming is village’s second most preferred work and it grows banana, grains and alike produces throughout year with good ground water levels. Menu and dishes of village kitchens are mouth-watering always. Shirsoli has Thecha, Bhakri, Bharit, Varan-Poli as key menu items in routine and nicest thing is villagers are still far away from fast food culture.
Jalgaon globalising education arena has chosen Shirsoli as its destination and has registered amazing growth in recent years. Large arrival of giant educational institutions from national/ local entrepreneurs has boosted village life with modernisation curve. Land here having base rates of around 10-20Rs. Per square feet have shoot up to Rs. 100-150 per square feet and continues to grow further. Being well connected and having quick access to Jalgaon along with its calm and hilly locations attracts more institutions to arrive here. Village still strives for good infrastructural resources like electricity and internal road linkage, street lights and ample water supplies. Real boosters for village would be district administration announcing this village to be ‘Educational Hub’ of Jalgaon and avail attractive facilities like land registration and franking fees waived, 24x7 electricity supplies, lower setup cost for electricity and related basic inputs. Awakening soul - coping with negativity (Inspired
by Brahmakumaris):
Changing life style has added negativity as one of
most faced aspect of life. We can find 1001 reasons
to be so and if influenced, it is as if 1000 guns
were pointed at head. Any person can be influenced
by negativity of his/ her surrounding quickly which
can imbalance peace of mind. Root of this negativity
lies within oneself. This troubles joy or lightness
and may even cause feelings of depression.
One has to learn to be an actor and an observer and
being able to step aside and look at things from a
distance. This will bring faith and confidence in
the fact that the darkness of night will pass and
the light of day will come. One should see surrounding
people and their negativity by first hear them, respect
them as human beings and individuals and then understand
their point of view and should not let his/ her position
of inner stability alter. We have to remain our own
master to flow their negativity over and above and
not influence. At the same moment we should ask ourselves
what it is that I want and then move in the direction
to reach that goal. We have to develop the art of
detachment, being friends and yet not allowing negativity
to touch.
We have to create that layer of protection, so that
inner purity and stability remain unaffected by outside
influences. One must try not to allow this build-up
of negativity to happen; if it has happened already,
analyse the whole process and see that it is a subtle
form of ego. If you are constantly criticising - this
will mean a build-up of this negativity. Appreciate
that it has come from your own ego and learn humility
and respect, recognise the value of the individual
and acknowledge the goodness in them.
Everyone has enormous value and we have to have the
right vision to be able to see it. When one start
appreciating their value, you will realise the negativity
is your own. If we continue to have the vision of
love and respect for everyone, we know that through
this there is a very good possibility that we can
influence them and help them in their change process.
If we react against them, we will not be able to influence
them in the future because reactions will have set
up a barrier between us, thereby making communication
very difficult. We should change our attitude by seeing
their eternal, original divine state, then with genuine
respect, a good level of communication will arise,
and perhaps, at the right time, we can talk about
things and a change can take place.
Feeling negativity on oneself is perhaps the most
difficult thing and seeing own weaknesses and difficulties,
emotional debts accumulated and feeling low on not
being able to handle them makes it more complex. Therefore,
do not allow the cycle of negativity to come into
being and do not lose hope for self or negative thoughts
will pull further and further down. We should recognise
ourselves as an eternal soul and develop awareness
of self-respect and self-esteem and move outside the
cycle of negativity that has pulled down.
The heaviness of the world has come about because
of the accumulation of all our negative thoughts and
actions and the only way we can transform and replace
it is through the power of positivity. This enables
us to bring about change, firstly in our environment,
workplace, family and home which will inevitably reach
out and change society.
Feel yourself as a child of God, a being of light,
an instrument of light and let the light of awareness,
wisdom and truth change you, then you can be an instrument
to bring light into the world around. By understanding
all these things, light has entered the picture, darkness
is removed and we know what to do and how to do it.
We have to bring light into the world and in this
way darkness will not be able to influence us and
we will be able to help remove the darkness of others.
