Assembly election and Government employee's strikes:

Political fraternity has toughest time around. Its vote bank luring concepts during ruling and now with purview of election are widely known. Citizens especially Central/ State/ local government employees have best understood this and are trying to get best benefits out of it. Sixth pay commission, farmer's debt waiver in various projects and prolonged demands have come all together in form of strikes and getting it approved from respective government. Well educated senior College teachers, Nationalised bank employees, State Electricity board officials and staff, Corporation staff, council staff, University staff are a few to list to be on top to follow this advantage.
Political system is following more intuitive approach to tackle such issues. It has generously opened hard earned tax payers' tax payments treasury to assure most of implementations and demands. More interestingly ruling governments are not even bothering to assure fund allocations and benefits for coming years where they themselves don't know who would rule and what would be revenue scenario. State Assembly elections code of conduct would likely be announced by August end and this is one of triggering factor to such strikes. This scenario can be marked as most poisonous state for Indian development roadmap ahead.
