Performance anxiety: Key to stress:
The quote 'Apply the Best, Leave the rest' nicely enlightens need for fine balance of work pressure and stress with performance. Today's world demands best of outputs with fine balance of technology understanding and adoption within stipulated time frame.
Every one of us has to begin with ABC stage of learning through our College and Education environment. Major problem of today's breed is passive approach towards educational curriculum. Curriculum time is one of best hassles and risk-free environment where one can experiment technology, nature and emotions with a balanced approach to understand the best of work. Many of candidates take education as a means of getting paper Degree and then expect best of Pay scales without being that capable. This in turn returns disappointment which throws them to question marks and may disrupt their career. Our Teaching community is equally responsible for this status of education. With overloaded syllabus, less focus on practical aspects and good hands-on, the student(s) moving out of college has nothing but papers in his/ her hands.
Those failed at stage one needs Excellency in stage two that involves higher amount of dedication at entry level works. Taking small breaks in between works could relieve the fatigue and adding classical music listening would relieve the stress and lead to positive growth in life.
