Raining in Jalgaon District, worsening state of electricity:
Most of the places in district yesterday witnessed showery raining in evening around 7:30PM. The sudden raining troubled hawkers and pedestrians. Most the District now a day remain in total dark during evening time from 6PM to 9PM following so called Load Shedding terribly disrupting living.
The earlier Electricity Board converted into four different companies with vision to improve standards and consumer facilities have failed to understand its customers. In spite of introducing more of customer friendly and traditional business convenience approaches, it is in reverse pathway. Electricity Bill provided by the Company is one such outrageous example that gives no understanding of billing to customers and scrolls to two pages with consumer companies advertisements posted on it. Who has given rights to Government/ Government-owned Organisations to disgrace and uncomforting its loyal customers? Does Governments take everything for granted by citizens?
We are on revolution verge and such painful state of Government Organisations panics more of disgusting moves rather than adding to overall Country's progress. More than 95% of State Electricity Company Consumers would give a clear-cut statement of getting excess billings backed by ZERO Service. Moreover the recently run Load Shedding and Zero Load concepts are worst ones. A year before load shedding used to have regular timings and now there is no timing at all. The current scenario of electricity supply reminds us of UP and Bihar once again where Electricity moreover is a Government Gift to Citizens rather than necessity and Power Generators/ Invertors/ Batteries are lifelines.

Bhusawal "Shahar Bachao Aghadi" gets clear majority, Independents outperforms parties in Yaval:
The entire Jalgaon District's eye-catching Bhusawal Council election results are out. The newly formed cross-party alliance "Shahar Bachao Aghadi" has won clear majority by winning 28 out of 47 seats followed by NCP getting second largest majority of 15 seats and BSP and Independents each getting 2 seats.
Amongst other bigger surprises remained performance of Independent Candidates in Yaval Municipal Council. Out of 19 total seats, independents have won 16 seats followed by NCP with 2 seats and Congress I getting 1 seat.
Jalgaon District's two veteran political leaders Sureshdada Jain and Eknathrao Khadse came together to form this "Shahar Bachao Aghadi", a forum to save Bhusawal people from increasing terrorising state of ruling. Interesting to note factor in Bhusawal election was 6 candidates lost their seats just with 1 to 11 votes, one candidate lost with zero votes difference (followed by Lucky Draw system to finalise candidature).
However, none of candidates and their forums could celebrate the victory following imposition of Bombay Police Act 1951 Section 33(1) and 33(4) not allowing grouping activities. The entire district is now akin to know election of Municipal Council President Post to be elected amongst Councillors. District Collectorate, District Superintendent of Police was present throughout the Election counting Process to ease the tension and smooth conduct the whole process. This election would now be named as one of hottest debated and fought election in last 124 years of Bhusawal Municipal Council history.

Need of Jalgaon's life: Waghur dam completion
The Jalgaon District Administration's note of not availing Girana dam water to Jalgaon has raised immediate need of completing Waghur dam project before December end. The Jalgaon City Municipal Corporation administration earlier facing severe critics of irregular and alternative 4/5/6 days water supply has now begun its process to complete this work in time. The Authorities earlier faced diversion of Girana pumping water due to heavy raining that led to disruption in water supply.
The Girana Irrigation Authorities earlier proposed increasing this temporary dam height to stock good quantity of water. The Girana pumping land has deep sand due to which authorities are unable to construct permanent deep width dam here and even if dam is constructed this could lead to water logging in Bambhori Village. The drinking water resources available and supplied are not in proper synchronization thereby harassing Jalgaonities from more than a decade. The Administration still does not seem to have concrete proposals to remove such hurdles permanently. Drinking water supply still remains one of hot discussed and vote bank catcher issue amidst revolutionizing Indian scenario.
