'Satisfaction' key to pious life:
Human nature is always complaining.
We always keep annoying with what we like and what we do not to our near and dear
ones. Nevertheless, have we ever thought of Thanks giving to the Almighty Divine
power for offering us what we are today?
To prove this point, just make a
look at daily newspapers around you. You find enormous amount of issues and troubles
witnessed by people in different areas of their life right from family life to
business. Let us thank that Supreme divinity for keeping us untouched from troubles.
Many people witness such terrible personal life shocks that rock their life miserably
and make them feel lowest of it. Troubles are here to enjoy the spice of life
and not feeling hurt. Many find themselves unsuccessful even after hard work and
laborious life.
So try to feel happiness and peace in whatever you are today.
You are here to offer the best of your life. Next time when you pray divine souls,
do not make complaint but "Thank" the supreme for offering this human
life and you being today.
Plan your
finances:
Finances play a vital role in stabilising our life and fulfilling
daily needs. We begin our life with schooling followed by College education. When
we begin our work life, we initiate first step towards managing our work life.
To further manage and progress in our life, we need to manage following four aspects
of finances management in our life.
The first and foremost important aspect of finances management is basic security. We should open up at least one or two Savings Account followed by target based Fixed Deposits may be annually or some specific period. Having a savings account gives you additional service of ATM Debit card; DEMAT Account, and Internet Banking. Keeping a fixed deposit let, you get a Bank Secured Locker. If you are planning for a handsome amount of deposit, you can bargain your banker for a Zero Balance Savings Account.
Once you are ready with these basic amenities, many of your routine life work are at ease. For instance, you need a Railway Reservation; you can get it booked just by sitting at your computer by means of Internet. You are out to shop, need to pay for your bills, just swipe your card there, the party automatically debits bill to your account, no need to pay cash. The Second and most demanded by wife and family is buying assets. In todays tight and high, expedite schedule, we many times find it difficult to tackle with demands. With growing consumer awareness, many FMCG brands now offer an option to go for EMI based shopping.
Third important aspect of managing money is to have a second Income in run. With todays secured Securities trading market, Shares and mutual funds trading are best options of earning wisely. Initial Public Offers (IPO) makes it more lucrative for short-term investment based returns.
Once you are happy and find sufficient balances in your accounts, it is time to implement big leap 'Jalgaon Formula'. The Jalgaon formula encompasses investing in Real Estate the sharp way. Make a good guess of targeted property status after 5 years and dare to invest. For sure, you will earn at least double the sum invested in a period of 3 to 4 years.

The Art of Nurturing Talent: Part-1:
India is land full of talent and
scholars and we people of Khandesh are not behind in the race. Many of our young
talent serves best of Industries all around the globe making us feel proud and
privileged. The Jalgaon district youth is full of confidence and aphorism and
can set up in any work environment due to mixed communities and harmony all around.
Region's Pal, Khiroda, Raver produces many of young artists making fame all
around the globe. The Amalner is birth soil of India's one of biggest software
conglomerate Wipro's head Ajij Premji. Many of our Leva Patil Community Members
are playing a very significant role in almost every work area at metros like Pune
and Mumbai.
Then why the district with such high level of attire fails to
progress? Is it simply because those moving out or turning high ignore their native
role? Is our competitive business setup not giving enough temptation to nurture
the talent? These are a few of questions that every one of us needs to think of
in deep, we aught to find some resolution to these sensitive issues to lead to
progress path.
Remuneration in fact plays a key role in fostering talent followed
by Industry's adaptability to new technologies. The Business and service Sector
plays a key role in recruiting talents and these sectors needs a greater level
of reforms. Our talent gun is leaking out of our hands due to tough conditions
to establish new things. The Copy trend instead of creativity trend makes it feel
hard to promote new initiatives.
Most significant of all these is Consumerism.
If a Customer is not visiting a new trend shop/ establishment, how could the party
get an opportunity to display its talent? We need an upbeat to cheer up Consumerism
instead of cost factor to lead to prosperity.
We look forward to hear more
from you to continue this discussion further to promote the best of talent from
our region. Please send your feedback and views on e-mail by
clicking here.
