The increase Mobile and cellular communication around the World is spreading at sharp speed. But with increasing mobile/ cellular users' density, the disorders begin. Most of networks fail to keep up with the increasing load resulting in continuous attempts for users. 'All lines in this route are busy, please try after some time', 'Network Busy', 'Call gets disconnected', 'Unable to hear voice on another side' are just a few commonly observed slip-ups.
