30th June:
Uttar Pradesh: The Essence of India:
Uttar Pradesh is India's most populated and diverse place known for its power outages, increasing terrorising environment and lower work opportunities. UP is one of India's largest labour and work class community hub serving throughout with their hard working life style. The community combines three classes' namely hard workers, traders and industrialists, and upper class segment. Considering these three classes ratio in UP, the hard workers or labour community is in maximum ratio. Lower education due to lower income and other social factors makes their thinking and life style more miserable and addicted to liquors, smoking etc.
Getting good education does not necessarily means you will not need to work hard, but education gives you ability to decide equilibrium and offers adequate intelligence to choose from the best. This low literacy factor weaken this community and allowed strong dominance of politicians and trade community. A Nation's foundation lies on strong pillars of assiduous class and has ability to shape its future. Offering good education, anti-addiction training, and equal work opportunities will definitely lead UP to next generation labor hub. NGO's could lead this step by setting up a 'Labour reforms centre' at district levels and offer courses for professional training in various segments.
Not just labour, UP has rich cultural heritage that includes Kashi (Varanasi), Mathura, Taj Mahal Agra, Haridwar, Triveni Sangam and many more host religious places where millions offer their worship. Offered with plenty of natural resources for water, foodstuff, it has powerful labour class.
UP has cherished spicy food style that offers a new means to cuisine and all those 'Agra Chat Bhandar' we see in our streets are originated from UP. Chat, Tikiya, Panipuri, Samosa, Bhel, Ragda Petis, Gola and hundreds of such chat items are UP's treasure offered to India and whole world.
Whatever UP's current scene may be, labour reforms by education shall definitely guide it to lead India for many more years to come.

Trend mania 2004:
After slowed economy, the city once again is shining and offering new jobs and good remuneration packages. Jalgaon being a mainly Trade zone and Agro based community; marketing related jobs are in hot demand. Chaps with good hands on in selling trade items are on winning race followed by those keen in farming applications. City's GSM community (Gujrati, Sindhi, and Marwadi) having major trade share are now making a diversified approach towards business. Apart from routine business, farming and property investments are two hot picks.
Having own 'farm house' in city outskirts is one of increasing vogue amongst traders. The 4-5 years earlier investment option in Municipal Markets is fading and investing in long-term return assets is increasing. Housing schemes at hills location, ownership shopping complexes, Establishing new Educational Institutions, and Real estate investment in Nashik and Pune are city's new options.
The city earlier having just one engineering college now has five, from just 3-4 Degree colleges to around twelve and from just one management college to four. The copy craze and lucrative returns attracts whole of community to follow the one successfully running. If a MNC FMCG company or demanding company is offering its business association, you will find numerous applications and jack to get the business.
On retailing front, credit limits are increasing making it very difficult for new comers to survive. Rolling Credits worth Rs. 10-20 lacs is very common and in that regular outstanding as well 3-5% Bad debts making business much risky. Decreasing trade margins, increasing debts ratio, toughening stock movements with Government's sales taxes is dangerously discouraging new comers and taking them towards 'Without bill Trade' popularly known as 'Number 2' trade. Another penitent habit in trading is collection of credits. The suppliers have to go to accumulate these supplies popularly known as 'Vasuli' or 'line'.
If such trend continues and no newer business and industry opportunities come our way, the newer generation will find various difficulties to earn their bread.

Our Boards offering results on web after announcement at colleges, is just another no or lowered use of technology with excuse expressing fears of students doing suicide if inaccurate data displayed.
