Solar farms - need of time:
The quote ‘India is on real progress on all fronts and we are geared up to be superpower soon…’ raises questions in mind on real grass root situation and picture being painted. Immense electricity, drinking water, infrastructural development needs imbalance in metros, urban and rural areas grips this question further. Living has turned to state of dilemma where person has got a mobile phone in hand, a vehicle to drive, a house to live but doesn’t have electricity to fetch water, lesser or low drinking water, good roads to drive safer and has pathetic State of Government bodies taxing. This leads to no time for thinking of progression, creativity and keeps person involved fully and painfully.
Electricity is amongst topmost worsened State with no end point requirements understandings applied. Electricity reforms on papers suggest billions of implementation for enhancing and smoothening operations but none of basic aspects are handled. Government still runs distribution through its owned Companies and buy produces from privates. Governments really need to work harder to revamp this aspect. In spite of known fact that it lacks control on bureaucracy, distribution has not been privatised and opened with purview of serving citizens. Solar farm is one of such innovative revolution would change life of citizens and above all help governments to look into real development path. Politicians and bureaucracy that still think that money making is only in troubling citizens in basic infrastructural woes needs a matured hand on their shoulder to understand real growth perspective.
Solar farm is new generation source of electricity generation and are a plus with region like ours having extreme heat during peak summer times. Governments have to formulate action plan to allow farmers/ private producers to set up such farms by encouraging them in form of hefty subsidy/ electricity buying assurance at certain rates and aiding them through its floated agency for the same. It could further learn and enhance its action plan through neighbouring Gujarat which is all set for setting up of world’s largest solar power project at Rs. 21,000 Crores with production capacity of 5GW at integrated solar city.

District electricity consumption rises to 740MW:

Every consumer's monthly light bill has doubled with
electricity almost at half of earlier one. Added to
this Company's billing having factors like mega rounding,
additional surcharge of recovery on losses are equally
taxing to end consumer. Company need to focus and
curb down its losses and theft and that has no role
of normal consumer and hence taxing consumer for the
same rather its office bearers, has equally made citizens
to feel need of second player in the service.

15th April:
Jalgaon real estate market at its peak:
Jalgaon is witnessing boom and sudden upward trend
in real estate market. Last year has been mark of
glory in this reference with sizable inflow of many
new entities like banking sector, middle tier citizens
willing for their own homes and willingness to remain
nearest to city area. Jalgaon's main trade zone Dana
Bazaar transaction rates have reached whopping Rs.
25,000 per Sq.ft. and its neighbouring Navi Peth has
15-20,000 per Sq.ft. rate. Residential zone of Ring
Road, Ganesh Colony and Mahabal are on equal shoot
up. Ring Road prime area rates have risen to Rs. 3,000
per sqft. And Ganesh Colony zone is in 1,500 to 2,500
per sqft depending on front and location. Mahabal
area has turned most popular and in demand zone with
its rate picked up to 800 to 2,000 per sqft.
Inflationary rise in simple terms can be stated as
rates have almost doubled in last one year span and
are at its peak level. Corporation owned shopping
complexes are not untouched of this. Fule Market,
Golani Market, B. J. Market and likely established
markets leased by Corporation have almost doubled
rates in a year span. Fule market ground floor rates
are in 30-40 Lakhs zone for a shop of 150sqft wherein
Golani market has 20Lakhs for same dimension shop
on ground floor.
Field experts evaluate this rise to be natural and
have marked open liquidity availed by banks, multiple
investment planning by individuals as key reasons.
Large arrival of outsider students for education in
Jalgaon is also one of factors. It further quotes
and expect rise to be almost double if local governances
enhances quality of infrastructural services like
roads, drinking water supplies and taxation. Many
estate brokers and agencies have flourished in region
with this changing and growing path of life in Jalgaon.
Summer intensifies further:
Entire Khandesh is witnessing worst summer heat waves

14th April:
Greetings on eve of
Dr. Ambedkar Jayanti today!
Corporation drinking water and roads development
assurances woes citizens:
Jalgaon city Municipal Corporation with effect from
01st April announced daily drinking water supplies
to whole city. In last 15 days city's many areas are
still on alternate day supply with Corporation giving
reasons of leakages and issues in supply lines. More
of its projected and planned Waghur dam water use
itself turned in question as dam has mere storage
to achieve this task. Citizens especially ladies managing
water task still have water woes in mind and takes
water storage at highest priority involvement following
such abnormalities. Corporation administration now
has thrown this woe on State as it has not approved
its new water supply lines laying project estimated
at around 200 Crores.
Road and infrastructural woes are equally painful.
Corporation started city road development works in
February mid in full swing and had announced city's
all road repaired and patched with new coats. This
assurance equally turned partial with city's major
roads still pending to be coated and enhanced. More
of works being started for even a single road is stretched
to months making commuters in difficulty and equally
harmful state for their vehicles. High traffic roads
like Ganesh Colony Road, Mahabal Road, Weekly market
road and Tower crossing roads are equally lower on
quality of expectations and would most likely fail
in first rain itself.
