Eating
habits: Key to vigorous life:
We grow learning
habits from our family and friends and inherit community's taste bud. If we want
to be fit and fine, then look forward and review our eating habits taking into
consideration our geographical location and weather conditions. Weather conditions
and our work style along with our physique decide our energy requirements. The
more we have outdoor and physical work, the more energy we need to consume. The
greater tall we are, the added calories are needed to maintain our body. Our body
is alike a computer system where our eating is its Software while physical activities
builds up its Hardware. The more we eat natural nutrient rich food; the efficient
will be our internal processor to process activities and maintain body.
What
we are missing today, is physical activity in form of walking, exercise, and jogging.
Everyone should walk in at least a kilometre everyday to keep him fit and find.
Exercise leads to toning our body muscles giving us longer and healthy life. If
you are in work field that requires extensive thinking and mental load, meditation
is your pathway to peace. Try meditating at least 15 minutes a day. If you are
more of in physical labour related activity, follow some special exercises like
Pranayam and Yoga. If you are chair-sticky guy, opt in mixture of both above.
Joining wonderful sporting courses like Swimming, badminton, cricket, athletics
are great aid to maintaining our body levels.
Human life is precious gift
revered to us and so let us not litter it rather makes it a healthy peaceful life.

Bankers. In both the cases, options were limited causing fury for building up
capital funds.
With top-level private finance companies beginning their entry

Loans up to Rs.' are becoming versatile. These companies are full with queries
from medium level entrepreneurs, salaried individuals, and Government employed
staffing.

deposits worth Rs. 700 Crores, which is one of major eyeing of private players.

news. In fact if we really want to put our new generation on work, we should host
a seminar/ fair/ meet to describe employment opportunities, business development
opportunities, and Industrial growth with sponsorship from these private companies
who could in turn get wonderful business offering so. This will not only enable
youth to have a broader look on business opportunities and enrich overall growth

Life,
spirituality, and work:
Human foibles lead
to ignorance towards psychology of living. The younger generation today terms
every business activity purely as means of earning money. This race to deserve
is leading us to unethical business practices causing issues that are of severe
concern to all of us. Everyone needs money to live his life and you need to be
ambitious and dreaming to earn money and prove to be the best.
Running a
business principled way is need today and only spirituality could lead us to this
route. Spirituality leads us to improve and awake our inner soul and stops us
from doing unfair practices. The fair practices may not give us output right today
with every deal, but for sure that repay us in long term. The quote 'God repays,
but not every Saturday' explains the truth nicely and emphasises for the best
right way to adopt in our routine business.
Spirituality arrives our way
when we pray and keep faith in holy souls and follow their directions. Listening
to veteran philosophical leaders and monks also recharges us and encourages us.
Let's experience the life's interpretation the holy way and lead to a prosperous
way.
